My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were nice but had a mildew smell and the AC was extremely noisy. There weren't enough towels or sheets for the pullout bed which was a downside. The service was extremely friendly and helpful, going out of their way to reduce fees. The location was wonderful for sightseeing and eating, although it was a bit sketchy. The dining options were good and filled us up, no complaints there.
The hotel offers comfortable rooms with a very nice view over the city, though it can get a bit noisy in the afternoon. The service is incredible, with kind and polite staff going above and beyond. The location is exceptional, close to various dining options and historical sites. The dining experience could use some improvement, as the breakfast started earlier than expected. Facilities are top-tier, making for a pleasant stay overall.
